This photograph shows the results of the extensive underground bulk sampling program undertaken in 1996/97 at the Boston deposit. 27,000 of mineralized rock were brought to surface out of the decline, run through the crusher and sampling tower to allow generation of representative samples from each area sampled. Each sample is separately stockpiled on surface. This work confirmed that mining could replicate the gold indicated by tightly spaced drilling. 49 KB, approx. 10 seconds at 56.6Kbps |
